Where to get Fridays playlist of updated artists based on my own liked song

At the end of October, I stumbled across a playlist (updated every Friday) , about new releases from artists based on my own personal liked songs. I could easily keep up with all new releases from my favorite artists based on my personal playlists and likes. I have never seen that "New Release (on Fridays)" since. Where/how can I find it again?

As every Friday, I opened Spotify looking for new releases. Sadly, I discovered that the app has been updated, and the Discover (Descubrir) playlist has disappeared.

Release Radar is still there, as well as Weekly Discover, but the Discover list was a great place to keep track of all the new releases.

Guys, I don’t want the music you want me to listen to—I use Spotify to listen to my music.

Sorry if any list names don’t match the ones you know; I use Spotify in Spanish. Any corrections are welcome.

The Discover Weekly playlist should still be available to all users, it's quite odd that you're not seeing it!
Would you please take a look and let us know if it's been removed for you from both Home -> Made for you -> Show all and when directly searched for in the Search bar?

As a starting troubleshooting step, see if removing the cached data on the affected device would make a difference.
Log out of the app and back in twice in a row after this to trigger a manual sync of your settings.

If this doesn't make the playlist appear for you, we'd like to ask you to also check if the same behaviour is observed across multiple platforms (the desktop app/ the Web Player/ a mobile device or tablet etc.).

From what you're describing, it sounds like you might be looking for Release Radar. It's a playlist which updates every Friday with songs from new releases we think you’ll enjoy 🙂

You should be able to find it in the Spotify app by any of the following steps:

• Find Made For You playlists in the Home tab.
• Click the Search tab > Browse all > select Made For You (in the desktop app you need to select Browse next to the search bar).
• Search for Release Radar.

There's also a New Releases category within the Browse all section, which you might find interesting. It can be found in Search/Browse as well.
