Why does Spotify keep playing ads when i have a premium subscription?

Spotify keeps interrupting the podcasts with ads in italian language, while I have a premium subscription and default language French.

I too am getting ads and I pay for premium, why is this happening? Whats the point pf paying for premuim now?

Podcasts usually include some advertising. This has been the case since the early days of podcasts, and continues to be true today, including Spotify. Therefore, even with a Premium subscription you may receive advertising or sponsored messages when playing a podcast.

Note: keep in mind that as a Premium subscriber, you still enjoy an ad-free music listening experience.

I have premium, and don’t hear ads anywhere else, but when I listen to podcasts in mobile, it’s full of ads. The weird parts is that the ads are only on mobile. If I listen on anything else, there are no ads. Why is this happening?
