I have Spotify in offline mode, but it won't play downloaded playlists.

This type of issue, when offline content is not playing properly, is commonly related to some damaged cache stored on your device. In this case, we'd first recommend performing a clean reinstall of the app by following the steps mentioned in this article. This process will replace damaged files and ensure you're running the latest version of the app.

Note: this process will delete all downloads, so you'll need to re-download the content to play it offline.

Also, and if the issue persists, if you downloaded the app from our website, would you mind downloading the app from the Microsoft store and vice versa to see if it makes any difference? We'd recommend this step as the app could be more optimized for your device depending on the source.
