[Windows 7] Silent playback after 1min (ish)

Hi all,

Is anyone else experiencing Spotify going silent midway through a song yet still playing on the seek bar?

It's a fresh Spotify installation (again) on a fresh Windows 7 Ultimate installation. Any help on this would be appreciated.

Additonal information that may be of some use:

OS - Windows 7 Ultimate x64 SP1 (with all windows updates installed)

Spotify Version - 1.0.53.758.gde3fc4b2

ISP - Virgin Media 300mb/s

Audio - Dragonfly USB DAC (exclusive mode allowed)

Cache file located on SSD (main drive)
