can´t use my dektop spotfy app

On my desktop app it keeps saying "your last payment didn't work" when I just made a payment and it's still not letting my access Spotify. In my iphone keep playing sa aways. I thought maybe if I deleted the app and reinstalled it would work. Still nothing.
