help me I can not hear music in the application spotify by pc only when I open a song by google and there goes to spotify more when I open it by the app itself the music does not go and appears on top the spotify can not touch it at the moment and stays so only when transmitting via google that goes 😕 my desktop 8.1 pro

Sorry to hear you're having this issue.

Most cases like yours are accuring due to out of date audio drivers/OS/poor interent connection.

I'd suggest checking your Spotify account on a different WiFi to see if you're still having the same issue before taking any further action.

If it isn't the internet connection, you can run Win update just in case you missed an update.

In addition, please check that your audio drivers are updated and if not please update or reinstall.
