how can I prevent Spotify to pause when there is an incoming voip call?

I use microSIP as an voip client. as soon a call comes in spoitfy goes to pause mode and I have to un-pause manually. Either an automatic restart or a muting (which is scrap when listening to audio-books) would be better.
