Have you tried with the web player as well and does the issue persist?

 

It's worth mentioning that you can download the Spotify app both from our website and from the Microsoft Store, so you can also delete the one you're currently using and switch to the other version to see if that makes any difference.

Hi there,

 

Thanks for reaching out. This might be because Spotify is muted in the Volume Mixer. Access it from the volume control in the bottom right and adjust that setting, it should solve the issue.

Appvolume is on and not muted.

Soundmixer is on and not muted.

Also tested all outputhardware like headset soundbox and so on.

All of them work by videos and games. But spotify dont give any sound

i was using the webbrowser since my app didnt work like almost 2 months.
so as info i use windows 11. the app instalation from spotify website didnt work.
tested now from the microsoft store and id does work.
thanks for the help ❤️
