Thanks for reaching out via the Community and welcome!

 

It'd be very helpful if you could share some more info with us about what is happening with the app on your laptop so we can get a better understanding of the situation. 

 

Let us know what happens, if you see any error messages and when the issue started (if it was after something specific).

 

Feel free to also share if you've performed any troubleshooting steps such as a clean reinstall for example and if the same thing happens with the Web Player too.

 

It's also worth mentioning that you can download Spotify both from our website and from the Microsoft Store (they can have different behavior) so after the reinstall you can get the version you weren't using so far in order to test if the same behavior would persist.
