open.spotify.com refused to connect

open.spotify.com refused to connect

So a couple of days ago I downloaded the Spotify Desktop App. It works completly fine but when I try to open anything on Spotify Web it acts like there's no Internet Connection and the message "open.spotify.com refused to connect." appears. 

I uninstalled and installed again my browsers (because it's happening to every single one I use) and nothing happened. Also, I deleted the cookies and saved data. When I try to open it I get the start page but as soon as I log into my account I get the same message again "open.spotify.com refused to connect.". 

I don't use VPN and it wouldn't be a problem for me if the links I click opened in the Spotify Desktop App and not on Spotify Web, but that's why I'm trying to fix it, when I try to open a link it only opens in Spotify Web so that's kind of annoying.
