"Can't play current song"

"Can't play current song"

Have just moved to a new laptop (Windows 10) and cannot play any music from Spotify. I simply get a "Can't play current song" error, which sometimes changes to a "This song is not available. If you have the file on your computer you can import it." This happens for every single song I try to play.

 

I have rebooted, restarted the app, uninstalled and re-installed the app, checked that the app is allowed through the Windows firewall. Internet connection is fine, all other content in Spotify (tracklists, cover art, friend activity, etc) loads without issue, and I experience no sound playback issues in any other app or online. No issues across any other device that I connect to Spotify.

 

I have been a subscriber for years and never had any issue like this. Help please!!! I need my music back!
