"Song Radio" from app or browser frequently does not work

From Android app, when I click "Go to song radio", it always works.

From Chrome on Windows or the Full Spotify Windows app, when I right click a song, and select "Go to song radio", four different things may happen:

Go to the song radio station (half the time)

Center of the page with mostly blank only shows "..." and then hangs

Something went wrong
Try reloading the page
RELOAD PAGE

Couldn't find that playlist
Search for something else?

Why does song radio from the app/browser not work as reliably as it does from Android app?

Just to confirm, have you tried a clean install of the Desktop App? It solves most issues easily. For more info you can take a look at the guide available here for all the troubleshooting tips. Keep us posted how it goes!

Yes, tried that, no change.

As the same problem happens in browser and windows app, suspect problem with something they have in common.
