"This track is not available" - suggested solutions do not work

My Question or Issue

Basically my issue is same as the user here describes: https://community.spotify.com/t5/Desktop-Windows/This-track-is-not-available-for-all-tracks/m-p/1479...

The issue has been marked as solves, however the suggested solutions did not work. I have the same laptop as the user in the thread so I think this might be a problem with the Dell Latitude in general. Any other ideas how to fix this? The app works totally fine on other devices or in the web browser.

Could you send us a screenshot of the error message you're getting?
And, in order to not repeat any troubleshooting here, could you tell us which of the troubleshooting steps from that linked thread you've tried so far? 

If you haven't already attempted this, try removing the app's cached data as shown here and see if going for a complete clean reinstall of the app would make a difference.
