My Question or Issue

When I select 'this computer' from speaker list, it then shows current device as 'wired connection' .. track time is increasing but nothing is playing on any of my devices. There are no headphones connected to my computer, and only one soundcard with speakers plugged in.

Hey @dylix,

Thank you for reaching out to the Community about this.

Just to be on the same page, would you mind confirming if you have already performed a clean reinstall of the app? If not, we'd recommend following the steps mentioned in this article

If the issue persists, taking into account that the screenshot you sent has the volume of your app set to minimum, would you mind setting it to max? We'd also recommend checking that the media volume of your computer is not set to low or muted. Also, if the speakers plugged in have a volume button or bar, turn the volume up to see if it makes any difference.

Lastly, would you mind confirming if this issue happens with the Web Player as well or other different apps?

We'll be waiting for your response

I had the same issue. I could get sound out of the web player but not the desktop app.

I un-installed then re-installed the desktop app and that seems to have solved the issue.
