My Question or Issue
Spotify can not play this right now. if you have the file on your computer you can import it. This happens with the Windows app while using computer speakers or headphones.
Solved! Go to Solution.
Thank you for sharing the problem.
I would like to know: is this happening to you in Web Player? Spotify is aware of a similar issue and has an OI about it.
I hope this helps! If you have more questions or need anything, I am at your disposal.
Cheers,

I'm encountering the same error message, but what's interesting is that I can play music videos without any issues. However, if I switch to audio, the error message appears. This only happens when I'm using headphones if I use the computer speakers it seems to be working fine.
As you know, using the computer speakers option does not suit me in a quiet working area! I used to listen to podcasts and music through headphones, but this issue only came up today.

It only happens when I use the Windows app, using the web player I'm able to use the headphones without a problem.
Thanks for your reply! Actually, the problem is with the Windows app, as I usually use the app instead of Web Player.
Hello,
My Spotify doesn't play. The message appears "Spotify can't play this right now. If you have the file on your computer, you can import it."
I have already logged out of my account, done a clean uninstall, reinstalled and the problem continues.
Can anyone help?
