spotify cant play this right now error

i latest version 1.2.48 i have this error

but when i switch to older version 1.2.13

i can play songs 

but i want the newer version work idk whats wrong with latest version!

also tried every thing here said and nothing works!

Appreciate the troubleshooting excercise. Could you specify the exact error message you are receiving and confirm whether the issue is specific only to desktop and not to mobile. 

Please mention the exact make and model of your device

i just use desktop version not the mobile!
windows 11 latest update
spotify version are also said there

Could you tell which of the exact scenario you are experiencing from the FAQ listed link

Also, can you confirm if you are  using any VPNs and if so, than try to turn it off since it can affect the app's performance. 

Additionally, is the web player working as expected at your end

when i click on the play button i got that error showing in image and musics not being played just gives me the error nothing more hppaneds like grayed out or anything just that error

with and without  the vpn its the same 

also tried diffrent DNS

To assist you further -Is this largely on the desktop app and no issue on web player. Could you confirm this once

yea in web player it works fine

but i like to use the program 

also web version of spotify is looks like outdated and miss some features like smart shuffling

I will suggest you to first set a sample rate of the audio device  anywhere between 44.1 kHz and 192 kHz. Setting it to any higher would result in the error message. You can use this guide for the same

Additionally you could use this which will likely prevent cannot play error
