Don't try to use the internet to load downloaded albums

When I download a song album or Playlist, it'd be good if the Spotify app prioritized loading the download rather than trying to use the internet to load them. Currently, if I have a poor network connection or Spotify can't access the servers for whatever reason, I can get a spinning loading wheel on downloaded content. I know the content is downloaded because if I go manually set Spotify to offline mode, the content is instantly accessible and playable. It'd be more convenient if Spotify would just always load downloaded content using the local information so that I don't have to worry about digging in the settings to go fully offline if Spotify is struggling to get a live connection to play content I have already downloaded.
