Enable Auto-Removal of Duplicate Songs

While adding songs to a playlist (usually a large one), I often find that I accidentally add some songs twice or even thrice. The issue is that these songs are uploaded multiple times by different artists, and therefore it's hard to tell which one I had "Liked" or added to a certain playlist, so even if I am not sure, I end up adding a song that I might have added at an earlier date.

The other day I was able to get help from a forum in this Community to help rectify this issue, namely, sorting by "Title" then removing duplicates manually by scrolling the entire length of the Playlist.

That was why I was wondering if this removal feature could be automated by Spotify. (By the way, while creating a new playlist and adding songs to it, I am told that I had already added such-and-such song to that playlist but quickly find that once i ignore that warning, it no longer appears)

Perhaps, I was thinking if this feature would be available to turn on and off on demand, and for users to select to what extent it should be active (e.g. if set to "aggressive" mode for instance, all versions of a song are treated as duplicates (remixes, slowed, reverb, sped up, etc. etc.)
