Enable Local File Playback, Editing, etc.. on Mobile

Spotify allows users to play local files only on the desktop app. It would be great to extend this feature to mobile devices, allowing users to listen to their local files directly from their phones.

Additionally, it would be useful to have the ability to edit the metadata of these files (e.g., title, artist, album) and assign a custom image or album cover. This would enhance the user experience and provide more flexibility for those who use Spotify as their primary music player.
