I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to share my experience with the latest Spotify Wrapped 2024, as well as a suggestion for improvement.

In my Wrapped, it highlighted that during May, June, and July, I listened to a lot of sad and breakup songs. It even labeled this as my "breakup phase." While I understand the intent of making the Wrapped experience personalized and engaging, this specific highlight brought back memories I had moved on from, which was unsettling and disturbed my senses.

I genuinely enjoy Spotify Wrapped and appreciate the effort that goes into making it a fun and nostalgic summary of our listening habits. However, I believe it could be enhanced by incorporating sentiment analysis into the data processing. This way, Wrapped could avoid labeling negative or emotionally sensitive listening trends in a way that might inadvertently hurt or upset users.

Instead, these moments could be framed more positively or neutrally. For example, instead of explicitly mentioning "breakup phase," it could be named something like "Reflective Mood" or "Emotional Moments," which feels less intrusive while still being personal.
