Mobile App UX Improvement for Bottom Play/Pause Section

It can be difficult to press the play/pause button in the play/pause section below. I think the UX should work differently. My idea is this; if the page it is on is scrolling or if there is a user interaction, the bar below can continue to remain as it is. However, if there is no user interaction for 5 seconds, for example, or if the application screen is switched from the lock screen, the phone's home screen or another application, the bottom section should be enlarged, and the buttons should be more accessible as I tried to draw in the picture. Since I am a software engineer, I may not have expressed it very well in the drawing, but I am sure that your designers will produce a very good result.
