Music is so emotional. Why are you taking away my ability to not listen to what I don't connect with?

Please bring back the Hide Song button. I use it all the time.

I was looking for a way to create a ticket to suggest the idea of ​​"hidden song". I couldn't agree more! I constantly get songs that I simply don't like on the radio.

Feature Details:

• This feature would allow users to temporarily hide specific songs from a playlist without removing them entirely.
• Hidden songs would not play but would still remain in the playlist, making it easy to unhide them later.
• Users could set a time delay for hiding music, such as:
  • "Hide for 24 hours"
  • "Hide for 1 week"
  • "Hide indefinitely" (manual unhide required)

Why This Would Be Useful:

• Sometimes, users may not want to remove a song permanently but just take a break from it.
• This feature would avoid playlist fatigue, especially when listening to a favorite playlist frequently.
• It would also improve personalization, allowing users to control their listening experience without having to manually re-add songs later.

I was able to hide songs on my discover list up until a few weeks ago, why did they remove that? This makes music discovery vastly less usable and discourages you from using it.

BTW this is a Desktop only issue. FSR you CAN hide songs on mobile app?....maybe not for long 😬

I use this feature to hide the first track of an album I tried but didn't like. 

As an active searcher for new releases, it saves time if I see a greyed out track "Ah, I DID try this already"
