Podcast UI is almost unusable on desktop

My Question or Issue
The desktop browser UI is incredibly user hostile for Podcasts.

1) Finding the earliest episodes

After discovering a new podcast, how do you start at episode one?? It only shows the most recent 10 episodes in the "All Episodes" panel, requiring the user to click the "load more episodes" button a hundred times, while avoiding the "more podcasts like this" panel at the bottom. There doesn't even seem to be any way to inverse the sort (??) 

2) Finding the episodes around the current episode you are playing

For example, I'm playing episode 25 out of 300 episodes. The right panel shows episode 25 with a single "next in queue". The "All Episodes" panel shows episodes 290-300. How am I supposed to go look at episodes 26 or 27 without pressing the "load more episodes" button 25 damn times?? Why is there not a "go to episode in list" button or "show next episodes" button somewhere?

Am I doing something wrong? I've looked all over the UI to figure this out.
I don't remember these problems being nearly as incredibly frustrating on Mobile.

Please address this.
