Shared pod listening history

I have a problem. 
When me and my girlfriend is riding in the car we sometimes use my phone, sometimes hers when listening to podcasts. We have some podcasts that we listen to both together and alone, when we need a happy moment. 

I would like to have a feature that shows if she has listened to an episode that I have not listened to yet, and vise versa, as well as have a sorting feature for episodes no one of us has listened to. I think it would be a good feature if you add specific users to a podcast and call it "Shared pod history" or something similar.
