Dear Spotify,
I am writing to you today to express my deep concern and outrage over the removal of the song "Dammi Falastini" from your platform. This song is a beloved Palestinian anthem that celebrates Palestinian identity and culture. Its removal is a clear act of censorship and erasure of Palestinian history and heritage.
I am appalled that Spotify would take such a discriminatory and anti-Palestinian action. This decision is not only insensitive to the Palestinian people, but it also sends a dangerous message to the world that Palestinian culture is not welcome.
"Dammi Falastini" is a song of hope and resilience. It is a song that speaks to the strength and determination of the Palestinian people. Its removal from Spotify is a clear attempt to silence Palestinian voices and to erase Palestinian history.
I urge you to reconsider your decision and to reinstate "Dammi Falastini" on your platform. This song is an important part of Palestinian culture and it deserves to be heard by the world.
In addition to reinstating "Dammi Falastini," I also urge you to take a stand against anti-Palestinian discrimination and to commit to promoting Palestinian culture and heritage. Spotify has a responsibility to be a platform for all voices, and that includes the voices of Palestinians.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
Sincerely,
Kheder A.
Spotify stands for apartheid and ethnic cleansing by erasing this song. The removal of this song is a form of erasing the Palestinian identity. Nothing in the song is anti Jew. You guys keep closing my conversation when I bring this up in a chat with your representatives. This company does not stand for free speech and peace.
Removing Dammi Falastini Song by Mohammed Assaf is antisemitic as the Palestinian people are semantic. It is concerning that Spotify is basing decisions without doing research.
By taking down one of the most popular Palestinian songs on the platform (Dammi Falastini by Mohammad Assaf) Spotify is choosing to be part of the erasure of a people actively undergoing incremental genocide.
I agree and want to stop my spotify membership if they are not reinstalling that song.

Recommendation that you change course.
Please being back the song Spotify friends

Bring it back before the boycotting starts
Hello all,
Spotify aims to offer a wide range of music on our platform, but availability may vary over time and by country. The removal of some of Mohammed Assaf’s content was not determined by Spotify, but rather by the distributor. We anticipate its return in the near future and apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Hope this clears things up.
Are other people able to play the song now? It was working two days ago, and Al Jazeera even published an article that said it was back online, but now it is grayed out on my Spotify (in Finland).
Perhaps its available in some Middle Eastern countries? If you live in the United States it seems that the song still isn't available. Down right pathetic to say the least.
The song is still not back. I have cancelled my subscription because of it; I got it back because I read that Spotify had re-added the song, but as it is still not available, I am going to cancel my subscription again unless someone from Spotify explains what is going on.
According to the singer himself, the song was removed by Spotify for political issues. I have cancelled my subscription because of it; I got it back because I read that Spotify had re-added the song, but as it is still not available, I am going to cancel my subscription again unless someone from Spotify explains what is going on.
Why this song is still not available on Spotify whereas available on YouTube Music?
Is Spotify not catering to their customers?
I am already subscribe to /YouTube premium but uses Spotify for my music but if this behaviour continues from Spotify then I have to completely switch to YouTube Music.
I am here to talk about the song which you wrongfully removed by Mohammad Assaf with the song named Dammi Falastini which translates to 'My Blood is Palestinian.' You have taken the only thing that we Palestinians have left after decades of being oppressed and you claimed that the song created the violence in Palestine which made it worse in the last couple of weeks which is a complete lie and this is just a publicity stunt to show your support to the oppressors who have killed and destroyed hospitals and schools for no reason what so ever. This is sad! Bring back our song Dammi Falastini!!!!
It's not available anymore. Why?
False information provided. That's why iTunes took it down and Spotify also took it down when it was in disguise as another song. Please stop lying. Dammi Falastini is the best song and the fact that you removed it and recently added the Israeli version shows you don't **bleep**.
Because it wasn't removed by Mohammad Assaf he tried to re add it and it was removed. they're all liars. I watched it happen before my eyes. iTunes even removed it. So no, it wasn't the distributor... Racist Zionists.
It threatens Zionism
Very unpleasant to see what stand Spotify is taking in the ongoing massacre. Earlier today I was listening to “Dammi Falastini” and now without a reason it is not available.
