Spotify is not reporting earnings information to my distributor (Distrokid)

The problem concerns my earnings on Spotify. Since I started releasing my songs, Spotify is not reporting earnings information to Distrokid. It's been more than 4 months since I've published songs that have reached several thousand views and still no royalty information has been sent to Distrokid. Every other platform such as Deezer, TikTok, YT Music is available in my details on Distrokid. I never used artificial streams, I never tagged artists who are not featured. The only thing I did was when I released my first song, I deleted it a while after publication, and then uploaded it again. Interestingly, for that deleted song Spotify sent the earnings information to Distrokid - it was only that one time. Could the fact that I deleted my 1st song and re-uploaded it have had an impact on the fact that I no longer receive earnings reports from Spotify?
I am in the process of communicating with Distorkid and Spotify Support, but maybe someone had a similar situation and could give me some advice.
