"Ethereal Visions" by "Florian Wilde" was removed. Why? What (if any) is the real artist/song?

My Question or Issue

About 4-5 months ago Spotify "smart shuffle" or whatever played a random song for me.

The song was titled "Ethereal Visions" and the artist name was "Florian" wilde. I found the song to be really great. I noticed there were very few "listens" to it, so I got a little suspicious. I added it to my playlist.

A few days later the song was removed. No information given. The "artist" has no other songs, and no information on Spotify whatsoever. When googling it looks to me like there is no artist actually named "Florian Wilde" and the song title "Ethereal Visions" also seems fake or something. Google gives me nothing to go on.

So I am hoping someone can give me information about this song. I assume perhaps the song was actually an illegal copy of something else. If so, what is the real song/artist?
