1. I listened to podcast with adult content, can I hide this content or erase it from my recently viewed?

Actually, there is no way to remove an item from your listening history or clear it at the moment. But you can start listening to other genres and different content which will eventually change your history as well as recommendations. All your suggestions come from your streaming history that can be overridden but not cleared.
