Advertising in between songs

Totday i listened to a 30sec advertisement so I could listen 30min without advertisments. After one song i already got an advertisement again.

If this has happened only once or twice it's good to try the following:

• Log out and back in. 

• Check the app is up-to-date.

• Check your device's operating system is up to date.

• Reinstall the app and restart your phone.
  Note: After reinstalling, you'll need to redownload any music you've made available for offline listening.

To avoid this happening in the future:

• Keep the video ad in focus and don't navigate to another app, browser, etc. 
• Make sure you're not accidentally clicking the "No, thanks" button when prompted to watch the ad. 

Let us know if the issue persists after these steps and we'll look further into what might be causing this.
