Alexa can't play Spotify music

My Question or Issue

My alexa already linked with Spoticy successfull but can not play music on spotify.

When I ask "Alexa, Play music" (default set Spotify), speaker only answer "Here Spotify", then NOTHING broadcast.

On Amazone alexa , I click play music via Speaker, but cannot play.

Plz advise,

Just to check, have you tried restarting your devices and your router to make sure everything is synced up?

It's also a good idea to disconnect and re-connect your Spotify account to your Alexa account with the steps here.
