The things I can recommend you to do are:

Check your Wi-Fi: Make sure both your Alexa device and the device running Spotify are on the same Wi-Fi network.

Link Spotify to Alexa: Open the Alexa app, go to Settings > Music & Podcasts, and make sure Spotify is linked.

Restart Alexa: Try restarting your Alexa device by unplugging it for a few seconds and plugging it back in.

Re-link Spotify: Sometimes unlinking and then relinking Spotify in the Alexa app can solve the problem.

Update Everything: Make sure both the Alexa app and Spotify app are up to date on your phone.
