Any Spotify API Developers looking for a few days PAID work?

I am looking for a developer who is an expert or well versed with the Spotify API. Additional primary skills are:

PHP >= 5.6

OpenSSL PHP Extension

PDO Extension (enabled by default)

php_fileinfo Extension (enabled by default)

MySQL, Postgres, SQLite or SQL Database Server.

I am creating a niche music streaming service using the Spotify API, but the backend/CMS is built using PHP.

The task I have for the developer is to add a new submenu called "New Releases" in the admin area and using the Spotify API, pull in all the New Releases but only for specific genres. Admin will then be able to listen to the songs and approve which songs and albums should be published to users under specific genres chosen by Admin. A good example of what we are trying to achieve is what is done on EveryNoise: http://everynoise.com/spotify_new_releases.html . I reached out to the guy behind EveryNoise but unfortunately he does not have the resource at present to help.

We have also managed to implement the Spotify API to play songs, but we can't seem to get it to play continuously i.e. after the current song comes to an end, it does not automatically move to the next track to be played, which may be the application and not the Spotify API, hence any PHP knowledge will help.

Willing to pay a reasonable price to any developer that can help.
