Audiobook won’t unlock

Audiobook won’t unlock

The audiobook I purchased 6 hours ago is still not in my library and still locked in website. I did get a receipt in my email.

Could you tell us which audiobook you've purchased? What exactly do you see on the website versus in the app? Could you send us screenshots of both, that would help us get to know the problem and offer a solution.
