Blocked Web Player

I was a big user of the free version of Pandora, but then tried the 3-month trial of Spotify and thoroughly enjoyed it. Now I'm paying for the premium version on a monthly basis.

I work for a large corporation though, and they block Spotify's web player, yet I'm still able Pandora, GrooveShark, etc. How is it possible that Spotify does not have a work-around for this, especially for their premium users, and especially when their competition is able to provide both content and access for free?

I spend 10 hours out of my day at work, and it will not be encomical to continue paying the hefty subscription fee only to enjoy the premium service at home on the weekends.

Any one have any suggestions, before I cancel my subscription?

Added note:

The Web Player site itself isn't blocked, the music jusn't does not play. The player just skips from song to song after about 5 seconds of attempting to stream the music.
