Hi, I need help with an issue, I can't seem to find the NEW POST or NEW THREAD anywhere, how can I create a new question?

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community! We moved your post from Ideas to the help boards as its content fits better here. 

In order to create a new post in the Help section, you can go here and select the relevant board from the list that appears within the "Help categories", right under the "Not sure where to start?" section. Once you're in a Help Board, you'll find a button to "Start a Topic" under the board's name and there you can add all the info about your current issue.  

If you're still having trouble, we'd like to help. Would you mind letting us know exactly what's happening? The make, model, OS version and the Spotify app version currently running on your device would also come in handy. 

We'll be on the lookout for your reply.
