Bug: "create topic" endless loop if email not verified

I was trying to enter a bug report, and the form to enter a topic here went into a constant refresh loop.  I eventually figured out that my email address had not been verified yet.  Then I could use the form.

We'll be moving this Idea away from the Idea Exchange as it is not a valid Idea submission. We do, however, appreciate you taking your time to let us know about this! 🙂

I reported a bug, including a resolution (that Spotify should probably implement via a warning message, or by simply making account email verification not required for feedback forms).  If that's not a useful idea to exchange with Spotify, I don't know what is.  And I did read the guidelines as you suggested, but I still don't see what I did wrong.
