Can I opt out of gambling ads?

I hear gambling ads so often during podcasts (I pay for premium - I know ads are part of this). Gambling addiction is an issue in my family. Can I opt out of these ads? I skip whenever I can but the frequency seems to be increasing.

Currently, it’s, unfortunately, not possible to opt out of those ads, as they’re included in podcast episodes (they’re directly added by the podcaster).
