Can't Post in Playlist Exchange

My Question or Issue

I am trying to post my new playlist in the playlist exchange, however whenever I click 'Post' it says 'Fix the highlighted issues' which are: verification failed (I'm not a robot) and it says that a valid URI must be included, althought I am copying and pasting the code directly from Spotify. It works every once in a while, but it keeps on coming up with this error message lately. 

Please help I would like to share my new playlsit that I worked really hard on.
