If you're not seeing those options on your Chromebook, it's possible that you're using the Web Player as it has limited options compared to the Mobile app. So in this case, we'd recommend installing the Android app on your Chromebook by following the steps mentioned in this FAQ.

If you have the Android app already installed but the options are grayed out, we'd recommend making sure you're not using the Connect feature to cast your music from the mobile to your Chromebook (or vice versa) as it may disable some of the options you mentioned.
