Can't apply for a verified profile

Hi,

I wanted to apply for a verified profile for Graspop Metal Meeting, the music festival I work for. However, when submitting my entry, I get a warning that the spread sheet is full and nothing can be added. I do need to apply for that verified profile, so is there another questionnaire that I can fill in to do so?

Are you sure? Cause I tried that and still haven't heard anything. It also seems to me that this is specifically for artists, while I want to apply for a partner account, specifically a Media/Entertainment partner.

Edit: I just tried the first form again and it did work this time. Hopefully I'll get feedback soon!
