Can't connect to Sonos with device password

Hi,

I've been trying to get Spotify on my Sonos. I requested and received a device password but the Sonos still tells me there's a connection error. I use the device username as well.

What could be the issue?

Problem solved by using Sonos controller for PC instead of the Mac Controller (which btw couldnt connect to my NAS - the PC-controller could that too)
