Can't enable "download over cellular data" onGalaxy Watch 4

Can't enable "download over cellular data" onGalaxy Watch 4

I have a Galaxy Watch 4 with LTE.   I have been unable to download a Playlist unless connected to WiFi.   I have gone into the Spotify settings and tried to enable "download over cellular data"  but the button is greyed out and will not move when I try to toggle it on. Any suggestions?

I have a Galaxy watch 4 bluetooth variant, I'm unable to download the songs to my watch and the cellular downloads options is greyed out too. Earlier I used to download the playlist and listen them directly without need of phone. But now I miss that mostly during my workout sessions. I'm unable to fix the issue, any help would be great..

Hi there folks,

Thank you for your posts. We're sorry that you've been having these issues. Let's take a closer look into this together.

To start with, can you make sure that you're running the latest OS of the watch?

We also recommend that you reinstall the app to see if it makes any difference.

Let us know how it goes so that we can continue to assist you if you need us to 🙂

Take care!
