Cant access the web player

Hi guys. I have this problem and no solution on this site helped me. I cant seem to access my webplayer. At first it said i have problems with blocked webplayer and plugin. So i allowed it in the settings. It seemed to be working for a while, webplayer showed message "connecting to spotify" but nothing happened at all.

I am really desperate, i dont know what to do now. Can you help me? Thanks.

Have you tried using another browser/device? If yes, try to reinstall Flash from http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

You can also try logging in to another account (if possible) to further isolate the issue.
