Casting Spotify from Google Home to chromecast group confuses Spotify

If I cast a Spotify playlist from Google Home to a chromecast group everything works as expected, the music plays to all devices in the group. When I open Spotify on my android tablet or iPhone it says I'm currently playing from Family Room, which is one of the devices in the group. If hit continue and open the device list all of my groups are missing from the device list.

I also have a problem seeing chromecast audio groups in the Spotify app while all other apps on my phone can see them.  Recently, Google home also has trouble casting to groups.  I would get either a "Having trouble playing right now, try again later" or it will say playing on my grouped speakers and nothing happens.  Can't tell if this is a Spotify only problem or whether the firmware on these devices is also playing a role.

I have the same issue. It's not always working, I try to disconnect from the internet or close the app and sometim it's working.

Google home app show the group is ready to cast.
