[Community] Idea suggestion not working after login

I am unable to submit an idea when I have logged in. The same page keeps refreshing in a loop. I'm using the Samsung Internet browser. I have to log out, write the idea and log back in while submitting.

Also, when I press the back button, the body, changes made to the title and tags are not saved.

Please fix.

So I can gather details to report this, can you let me know the make and model of the device this happens on?

Also, are you still experiencing this issue? If you have a screenshot/screen recording of what you’re seeing, that would be helpful.

I used a Samsung Galaxy Note 20 ultra. I don't have screenshots, unfortunately.

Thank you for keeping us in the loop.

Could you try logging with a different device or internet browser? 

It is also a good idea trying with an incognito window.

Let us know how it works.
