Hi I can't seem to get connected with ny pre amp, Theo display i saying "ready to connect Spotify" but no connect icon shows on the Ipad. Please help me !!!

The pre amp is a Naim NAC N 172 XS and it is connected to the router by a Ethernet cable and the Ipad is on the WiFi...
