[Desktop] 5 Second Skip/Rewind

Much in the same way that when watching youtube you can press the left/right arrow keys on the keyboard to rewind/skip 5 seconds, it would be great if Spotify could do this with music too, spacebar works as a pause button so this should be something easy to implement from a technical point of view.

It's already possible to skip forward / rewind within a track on the desktop app - you can do that by pressing SHIFT + Left Arrow (to rewind) or SHIFT + Right Arrow (to fast forward).

Why isn't there a 5 sec replay button on the app. Often 15 seconds is too much when i listen to a podcast when I only want to go back a few words and not whole paragraphs. Please add this option
