[Desktop] Fix the ugly user interface on the Windows Spotify application.

It feels like the UI for the desktop has been completely neglected. I would go so far as to say that it looks like they took an early version of LimeWire and slapped a fresh set of paint on it. Every other version has a clean organized look and feel to it but the desktop is so cluttered and unappealing. The side bars for playlists and friend activity are at odds with your attention. The real work is being done in the center of the screen, and even in the center it is a jumbled mess of white and black columns when looking at a list of songs. Some how I'd rather spend more time looking at the website you download the app from or the Microsoft Store page. The only thing its really got going for it is that it is still better than apple music's layout in every way. In summary, its gross. Fix it. Also I hate apple music.
