Disconnect iTunes from Spotify

I do not want Spotify showing my iTunes songs/playlists.  I have turned off the option, restarted the app, etc, but it still lists my iTunes songs/playlists.  

How do I stop Spotify from accessing iTunes as the settings obviously don't work!!

After changing all the settings as you did I realized that I could right click on iTunes under 'Playlists' and delete the entire iTunes folder. Did not effect iTunes. Hope that helps!
