Does Spotify plan cover 2 homes with different WiFi accounts and same email

Can I use 1 Spotify premium account with same email address but different WiFi address to play at residences in different states

Can you elaborate a bit more on what exactly you're trying to do? In general, when you have a Premium account, you can use it wherever you like and in whatever country you like, as long as Spotify is available there. You can also log into and use Spotify across your different devices, albeit not simultaneously. Which network you use also has no bearing on this.
